VC Z01X is the only high-performance fault injection and simulation solution for multiple purposes: manufacturing test, functional safety analysis, and testbench quality measurement. VC Z01X utilizes fault simulation for assure low defective parts per million as well as meeting functional safety requirements described by the ISO 26262 automotive functional safety standard and IEC 61508 industrial safety standard.
